President Denson Attends Opportunity Nation Summit

Dr. Mary Chapman, DMACC Vice President of Community and Workforce Partnerships and former Principal Financial Group and Community Foundation President Barry Griswell also attended the two-day conference. Opportunity Nation is building a national coalition of non-profit organizations, social entrepreneurs, business leaders and grassroots groups to build support for a non-partisan agenda to enhance opportunity and economic mobility in America.

DMACC was one of only four community colleges and eight universities invited to participate in the national event held at the historic Apollo Theater and at Columbia University.
